Oklahoma Warrant Records Oklahoma Warrant Records

This policy describes information that may be received during a visit to Oklahoma Warrant Records, how the site uses it, and when it may be shared. By continuing to browse, you accept the practices set out below.

Data You Give Us Directly

Search Queries

If a visitor enters a name or date of birth in a linked search box, the request is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and returns its result. Oklahoma Warrant Records does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems.

Messages and Contact Submissions

A message sent by email may be kept so the team can respond and keep track of the exchange. It is not shared outside the organization unless a legal duty requires disclosure.

Data We Gather Automatically

A page request can produce technical visit details, including:

  • The time and date of a page view
  • The device and operating system in use
  • The referring site, if one sent the visitor here
  • The pages viewed and the time spent on each
  • The browser name and version
  • The device's assigned IP address

Cookies and Analytics

Small cookie files may be stored on your device. They help measure how visitors move through the site, such as which pages receive more visits and where a session ends. Analytics providers may combine those measurements into traffic reports. Browser controls can block cookies, though some site features may then work differently.

What We Do With This Data

  • Finding and correcting site errors
  • Measuring which pages are useful and where improvements may help
  • Keeping the pages available and responsive
  • Forwarding an outside search request to its provider
  • Displaying ads that may relate to visitor interests

No Warrant Data on File

Oklahoma Warrant Records does not host, assemble, maintain, or sell warrant databases or personal warrant files. Its material describes public docket routes, county sheriffs, Municipal Courts, and restricted state law-enforcement systems such as OLETS; it does not provide a public statewide name search. Visitor details are not combined into consumer reports or files about other people, and the operator is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Third-Party Search Partners

External companies operate the search boxes. Information entered there is handled under each provider's own privacy terms, including its retention and sharing rules. Oklahoma Warrant Records does not set or control those practices, so review the provider's policy before sending a query.

Links to Other Websites

Links may lead to Oklahoma court dockets, county sheriff pages, Municipal Court resources, legal aid information, or outside search tools. Following one takes the visitor to another operator, whose privacy policy then applies. Read its terms before sharing personal details.

Some advertising partners may use their own tools to follow activity across websites and select ads. That processing occurs on their systems.

Who Might See Your Data

We do not sell personal data. Some information may end up with:

  • Advertising networks that serve page ads
  • Government or law-enforcement bodies when a valid legal order requires disclosure
  • Analytics providers that measure traffic and site performance
  • Search providers that receive queries entered in their tools

How We Protect Your Data

Reasonable security steps are used to protect collected information. No internet-connected service can promise perfect security, so a breach cannot be ruled out.

Users Under 18

Oklahoma Warrant Records is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If a visitor believes a minor's information was submitted, contact the operator so it can be reviewed and removed.

Your Data Rights

The Oklahoma Open Records Act, 51 O.S. ยงยง24A.1 et seq., governs public records held by Oklahoma public bodies, including records maintained by courts and law-enforcement agencies. It is the route for requesting official warrant or case records from the government custodian; it does not create a public statewide warrant search. Any separate visitor-data rights depend on the laws that apply to a particular person. A visitor may ask the operator to:

  • Ask for a copy of what we have on file about you
  • Have us fix information that is wrong
  • Request that we erase your data
  • Opt out of certain kinds of data processing
